This run-about buggy is mostly original, wheels are good, have been repainted (paint is cracked). Remaining original leather on seat back is dry. It has a newer seat cushion covered with vinyl and dashboard has been recovered with leather since I have owned it--about 35 years. Steel tires remain on wheels, all are good. It has always been stored inside, covered, and driven regularly until last few years. If you want to drive or display one that is truly vintage, this is. Staver and Abbott Mfg. Company existed in the 1800s through early 1900s in Chicago. Staver & Abbott tag is on the back and Staver on steps. It is easily pulled by a 14 hand horse on smooth terrain, or larger horse or team of light horses on all terrains. I do not have a pole; shafts are included. Hub to hub on back axle measures 69 inches in width; Height is 62 inches at seat back; total length from front of front wheel to back of rear wheel at diameter is 102 inches. Paypal or cash only.
